METCON

A high-intensity metabolic conditioning class. Challenge yourself and sweat working with your bodyweight and various forms of equipment providing resistance.

GYMNASTICS

Be the master of your own body. A full gymnastics program working from fundamentals to performance.

OLYMPIC WEIGHTLIFTING

Develop grace and power through these technically challenging movements taught well by experienced coaches.

ENDURANCE

Work your aerobic system, and challenge and build your engine. Expect low to moderate weights, high reps and a sustained period of effort.

STRENGTH CLUB

Bulletproof your body and improve your performance with compound movements and accessory work for improved strength and stabilisation. Classes will draw on barbell movements, strongman training and functional bodybuilding.

FOUNDATIONS

New to fitness? Get involved! Foundation classes are for everyone and offer an introduction to movements, techniques and equipment found within our speciality classes.
