Growing up as a dancer and competitive Gymnast in Australia, Monica's life has been dedicated to movement of the body. Monica fell into CrossFit in 2017 by accident and since that first class, fell in love with the movement mechanics and skill progression of CrossFit.
In 2018 Monica shifted her focus to the Olympic Lifts and now holds her British Weightlifting Level 2 certificate in coaching.

Why I do CrossFit: I love the journey of "becoming", every session I get closer to mastering a movement, or building strength to do a movement. I love it.
Fun Fact: Monica is a professional West End performer.
