Coaching has been a massive passion of Rob's for the past 8 years and over that time he has had the opportunity to work with a wide range of people, from the young competitive CrossFitter to the older woman who just wants to move more and everyone in between.
Amongst training others, Rob has also diversified his own training, being a big believer in trying things for yourself in order to relate to his clients and their goals. From Running, Triathlons, Bodybuilding, Powerlifting, Weightlifting and CrossFit. Rob is the definition of a ‘jack of all trades’ - and has learnt numerous skills that he implements into his training methodology with clients to bring them the results they want while keeping things fun.
