Join Chloe from pH Nutrition at WIT on the 20th of January from 6-8pm for a female performance focused event to kick off the New Year! 

 Chloe will be holding a short workout for all levels, so come ready to do some fitness and then sit down to take part in our discussion about fueling for life and training as a 21st century female! This is a great opportunity to ask questions related to training as a female, nutrition and training around your menstrual cycle, supplements, and health and recovery.

 We will be joined by guest speaker Hannah Norris from Omnos, which is a testing company whose aim is to make all the information about your own health and wellbeing as accessible to you as possible!
