Jess is going to cover drills, technique & mechanics to help you get your first muscle up/take your first steps handstand walking OR help you refine yours to connect more muscle ups together and walk further on your hands.
This is a 4 part progressive series on the following dates:
Sunday 21st August 9-10am // Sunday 28th August 9-10am // Sunday 4th September 9-10am // Thursday 8th September 5-6pm
* To gain the most out of this workshop it is recommend you are able to attend all 4 sessions however if you can only make 3 of the dates you will still gain a lot.
Workshop Prerequisites:
- 10 Kipping swings
- 1 Strict pull up
- Kick up to a wall handstand
- 1 Wall walk
