NOBULL "Training is Everything" Weekend

Join us at WIT for the NOBULL Training Is Everything Community Weekend is focused around a celebration of Training, through our Training Is Everything Campaign.

The weekend is open to everyone, those who are just starting their fitness journey or seasoned-pros who want to accelerate their knowledge or try something new. Free for anybody to book on, the NOBULL Training Is Everything Community Weekend will offer the chance for you to refine skills or try a completely new training method, with classes like CrossFit, Weightlifting, Running and Regan Yoga.All classes are live for booking HERE

Saturday 26th November

8am - 9am - Yoga hosted by LIFT: The Movement

9am - 10am - Gymnastics with Jess Rosart and Grant Reynolds

10am - 11am - CrossFit - Gus Vaz Tostes and Louis Towers

11am - 12:30pm - Training to Run with Brad Welch and Jordan Shelley

Sunday 27th November

8am - 9am - Yoga hosted by LIFT: The Movement

9am - 10am - Weightlifting with Max Rusowski and Khrys Speed 

10am - 11am - CrossFit with Monica Swayne and Fenella Gilson

11am - 12:30pm - Training for Running with Brad Welch and Jordan Shelley
