NOVEMBER MOTM

Rich is a huge part of Team WIT's community and we are all so proud of how far he has come since being a member with us. You can catch Rich in the 6:30 am class with the best dressed Nobull kit & infectious smile or upstairs with his pineapple press protein smoothie. He is always one of the first to join in our member Throwdowns and just recently competed in our first BWL Autumn Open getting a total of 170kg.

Let's get to know Rich a bit better....

1. What’s a training goal you’re currently working towards? Improving my weightlifting, especially trying to sit under a snatch! I should say working on getting even one double under, but that would be fake news.

2. Most memorable moment at WIT so far? That’s definitely a tough one, even if most members would say that. It has to be the Autumn Open weightlifting competition this October – scary and exhilarating at the same time. Doing the Winter Throwdown 2021 with Dan Williams is a close and noteworthy second.

3. What do you do when you’re not working hard in the gym? Mostly eating, travelling and playing around with graphic design. And a little bit of PR.

4. What’s your favourite indulgence? Haribo (Tangfastics). Although I’m also partial to some NoBull gear and a nice pineapple press

5. If you could give a new member one piece of advice - what would it be? Stick at it - even if it feels intimidating at first - and enjoy the journey!

6. If you could write a workout for WIT, what would it be?
