Join Coach Jess Rosart & Nutritionist Becs Sandwith for our first instalment of Women in Fitness at WIT House LDN. There is without a doubt that we both have a massive passion for coaching and helping others, but we feel we can do more. We want to work closely within our female community, bringing you all together, no matter where you are in your fitness journey. We will be providing support with your training, nutrition, coaching & confidence, whilst giving you the opportunity to connect with other like minded women.

We would love to have you join us for our first session with a focus on women beginning their fitness journey. This would be best suited for those looking to start training/CrossFit, just starting out or within 1 year of training. CrossFit & gyms can be intimidating, nutrition can be confusing, so we are here to help you with your journey.

The 2 hour session will be split between a beginner friendly skill session & workout led by Jess followed by Nutrition 101 with Becs and finishing with a Q&A.
