Do I have to be fit before I come to WIT?
Nope. There is no pre-requisite level of fitness to attend our classes, we can (and do) tailor to all ability levels.
What shall I bring?
Yourself in comfortable gym clothing and trainers, an open mind and a positive attitude!
What if I'm injured?
We can usually tailor any workout around injuries and niggles. Please let the Coach know if you are unable to perform any of the movements and we will find you an alternative. We know how frustrating it can be to work through an injury - but keeping in the habit of training and staying around the atmosphere of the gym can be really helpful on the road to recovery. Most of the Coaches have been through an injury themselves, so if you need any advice - just ask!
Can I drop in?
Yes, absolutely. Purchase a single class pack here and then Book In to class here. Our classes are scale-able to all ability levels.
Do you have Open Gym?
Yes, please check our class schedule for times which may vary. Purchase a single class pack to access Open Gym and book in as normal.
Do you have showers?
Yes we do, we also have towels, blow dryers & straighteners so you can leave feeling your best self!
Is there space to do my own training?
Class time is sacred, and as such any training outside of participating in class must be done outside of class time. Mobility & stretching can be accommodated to some extent but this is always at the Coach's discretion.
