First time
taster session

We understand that it can be daunting trying something new, and you may not know if it's for you. So before you commit to a monthly membership or class pack - come and try a one-off trial session. We'll deduct the cost from your first month's membership should you choose to join.

Personal training

Want to get your first pull up? Link muscle ups? Get a personal introduction to CrossFit? Personal training is a great way to get individual feedback and accountability from one of our top tier coaches.
