ABOUT PH NUTRITION

The team at pH Nutrition work with everyone from CrossFit games athletes to new members. Whether your goal is fat loss or performance, they can work with you remotely or in person to provide you with a personalised approach to nutrition and general wellbeing.

LIAM HOLMES

Originally trained in Sports therapy, Liam has worked in elite sport for over 10 years. He was at Fulham Football Club for 8 years where he completed his Masters degree in Exercise and Nutrition Science. More recently he has worked at Tottenham Hotspur FC and the Republic of Ireland national football team helping guide their players on all things nutrition and recovery. Liam setup pH Nutrition in 2016, and he now splits the majority of his work between FC Copenhagen as their consultant nutritionist, CrossFit games athletes and members from CrossFit gyms around the world.

TOM ATKINSON

Tom is a performance nutritionist and CrossFit level 1 coach. He completed the highly acclaimed International Society of Sports Nutrition post grad diploma training under some of the world leading experts in nutrition and performance. He has worked with everyone from new members to competitive athletes helping them to get their nutrition on point. He has been there and done it.... and prides himself on going above and beyond to help you achieve your potential
