WIT Training Club is back with a high-energy community workout to honour Murph.
We're partnering with Shapesmiths to coach participants through the iconic Murph workout, followed by a charity raffle supporting Murph Marathon & Transcend Sarcoma. Expect a challenging session, big community energy, and a post-workout BBQ and beers in the sunshine.
Murph Workout:
1 Mile Run
100 Pull Ups
200 Push Ups
300 Air Squats
1 Mile Run
Participants are encouraged to bring their own weighted vest if they have one!
