Refund policy

UK Returns

We offer free returns within the UK.

To make a return, please email info@wit-training.com with your order number and details of the item/s you would like to return and we will respond within 2 business days with your free returns label.

Our returns policy is as follows:
  • Returns must be made within 30 days from the purchase date
  • All product must be unwashed and unworn with the original tags attached
  • All garments are subject to inspection
  • Once we receive your return at our warehouse, it will take 3-5 business days to process. Your funds will then be credited back to your original method of payment.
  • We are unable to offer exchanges. If you require an alternative size, please make a return and then place a separate order for your required size.

International Returns

Unfortunately we are unable to offer returns for customers outside of the UK at the moment. This is something we are working on to be able to offer in the future.
