Below you'll find all the key details about our shipping process. Please note that all orders are fulfilled from our UK-based warehouse. We ship all orders with tracked delivery services, which means you can follow along your order's journey to you. You will receive a tacking number via email when your order is dispatched. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order as cancellations and order changes are not permitted. All orders are usually processed within 1 business day, however this could be up to 2 business days during peak periods or product launches.

 

UK Shipping

 

Orders are shipped with Royal Main, DPD or equivalent tracked service, and are generally processed within 1-2 business days.

  • • Standard delivery (2 - 4 days): £3.99
  • • Next day delivery (1 - 2 days): £6.99

 

Please note:

  • • That all orders shipped with next day delivery must be placed before 3PM to be dispatched in time
  • • Shipping times are estimates and may vary during peak times

 

Europe

Orders are shipped with DHL or equivalent tracked service, and are generally processed within 1-2 business days.

  • • International delivery (5-8 days): €12.95

 

Customs & Duties:

  • • Orders may be subject to import duties and taxes depending on your country’s regulations
  • • These charges are the responsibility of the recipient

 

United States

Orders are shipped with Fedex, DHL or equivalent tracked service, and are generally processed within 1-2 business days.

  • • International delivery (5-8 days): $18

 

Customs & Duties:

  • • Orders may be subject to import duties and taxes depending on your country’s regulations
  • • These charges are the responsibility of the recipient

 

Order Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier backlogs, or weather conditions. However, we’re here to help—please contact us if your order is delayed beyond the estimated time.

 

Returns

Below you'll find all the key details about our returns process. 

 

Please note the below: 

  • • Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date
  • • Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed and have the original labels attached
  • • Please allow up to 5 working days for your items to be received by our warehouse
  • • Please allow a further 5 working days for your items to be inspected, repackaged, placed back into stock and for your refund to be processed
  • Once your item(s) have been received and inspected, we will process a refund. 

 

UK

  • • You can return an item via our returns portal: www.wit-training.loopreturns.com
  • • We currently charge a £2 processing fee, which covers delivery back to our warehouse, item inspection and repackaging, and re-stocking

 

We currently do not accept returns for orders shipped outside of the UK.

 

Refunds

Refunds will be issued at the discretion of WIT Training. Funds usually transfer immediately but can take 3-5 days following the issue date due to bank processing delays.
