Below you'll find all the key details about our shipping process. Please note that all orders are fulfilled from our UK-based warehouse. We ship all orders with tracked delivery services, which means you can follow along your order's journey to you. You will receive a tacking number via email when your order is dispatched. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order as cancellations and order changes are not permitted. All orders are usually processed within 1 business day, however this could be up to 2 business days during peak periods or product launches.
UK Shipping
Orders are shipped with Royal Main, DPD or equivalent tracked service, and are generally processed within 1-2 business days.

Order Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier backlogs, or weather conditions. However, we’re here to help—please contact us if your order is delayed beyond the estimated time.
Returns
Below you'll find all the key details about our returns process.
Please note the below:
- • Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date and will incur a £3.99 re-stocking fee.

- Once your item(s) have been received and inspected, we will process a refund less the £3.99 re-stocking fee.
UK

• You can return an item via our Returns Portal
- • We currently charge a £3.99 processing fee, which covers delivery back to our warehouse, item inspection and repackaging, and re-stocking.
We currently do not accept returns for orders shipped outside of the UK.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued at the discretion of WIT Training. Funds usually transfer immediately but can take 5-7 working days following the issue date due to bank processing delays.
